Volumetric weight is a calculation method that reflects the density of a package. Low-density packages usually take up more space than their actual weight. The calculated volumetric weight is compared with the actual weight, and the larger one is used to calculate the shipping fee.
When Gale Warning No. 8 is hoisted or Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, delivery service time will be delayed.
If the courier contacts you at a time that does not allow for delivery, please contact the courier and arrange another time to receive the goods.
The delivery service is not available for delivery locations that are not accessible by truck or lift.
