Warranty Service Information
To enjoy Ramboxs Technology Limited The warranty service must fully meet the following conditions
- HongkongConsumers who purchase our products through legal sales channels in the region.
- If not to Hongkong Purchasers from authorized dealers in the region will not be held responsible for warranty and repairs.
- Consumers must hold warranty proof (invoice, store warranty card or store warranty sticker), and the warranty card must clearly indicate the product model, serial number, dealer seal and purchase date.
- Our company cannot use the serial number as the basis for the product warranty period. Therefore, when purchasing our products, please keep the invoice, store warranty card or warranty sticker, and ask the dealer to stamp the store seal and fill in the product model and date to ensure your rights.
New product replacement standards and procedures
- If a new product is defective within 7 days from the date of purchase (Note 1), you can exchange it for a new product at the original place of purchase. When exchanging, the packaging, product and accessories must be complete (such as batteries, cables, packaging boxes, packaging bags, instructions, warranty cards, etc.). The product must be in new condition (no scratches) and in complete packaging. The contents must not be missing, damaged, foreign objects entered, damp, the serial number label is damaged, removed, altered and re-posted or unrecognizable, or damaged by external forces or man-made damage. The company has the right not to return or exchange the product or charge a handling fee.
- New product replacement procedure:

- Defective new products must be reported to the original place of purchase within 7 days. If the deadline is exceeded, they will be repaired.
(Note 1) New product defects refer to products that have no malfunctions or damages caused by the following reasons within 7 days
a. Failure or damage caused by incorrect use (e.g., misconnection to 110V voltage)
b. Failure or damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters (such as lightning strikes, power outages)
c. Failure or damage caused by equipment other than this product (e.g. active speaker external amplifier)
d. Failure or damage caused by self-disassembly or modification
e. The product malfunctions or is damaged due to changes in the installation location, mailing, moving, or dropping after purchase.
f. Failure or damage caused by use other than home use (such as commercial use, etc.) (such as multimedia speakers or headphones connected to a stage mixer)
Service during the warranty period
- During the warranty period, if the product fails under normal use according to the user manual, you can enjoy free repair service. Please show the warranty certificate when sending it for repair. Please keep it properly. The invoice or receipt of the purchased product can confirm the effective date of your warranty, so please keep it properly.
- Product warranty period: The warranty period for multimedia speakers is one year from the date of purchase.
- During the warranty period, our company provides free maintenance services (excluding shipping costs), but the free maintenance rights will be lost in the following circumstances:
a. Failure or damage caused by incorrect use (such as misconnection to 220V voltage, etc.)
b. Failure or damage during transportation back to our company due to incomplete packaging
c. Failure or damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters
d. Failure or damage caused by falling, immersion in water, moisture, corrosion, or intrusion of foreign objects
e. Failure or damage caused by machines or software other than this product (e.g. active speakers connected to external amplifiers, etc.)
f. Failure or damage caused by self-repair, disassembly or modification
g. Failure or damage caused by change of installation location, moving, or falling after purchase
h. Failure or damage caused by use other than ordinary household use (such as commercial use)
i. When you are unable to provide warranty proof (invoice, store warranty card or warranty sticker)
j. The warranty certificate does not clearly state the date of purchase, the store seal of purchase, or any other evidence to prove your purchase date
- Consumables such as batteries, cables, ear pads (covers), storage bags (boxes), dust covers, etc. are not covered by the warranty. If consumers need replacement or repair, they will be quoted separately.
- If the purchase date and information filled in are not real-time, our company will not be responsible for free repair or replacement.
- Repair method: The company is not responsible for collecting the repaired items at home. Consumers must send them to the original place of purchase for repair or mailingRamboxs Technology LimitedThe repair station will send the item back to the dealer or consumer at the consumer’s expense after repair.
Out-of-warranty service
- If repairs are required after the warranty period, our company will still accept them. HongkongFor products purchased through legal sales channels in the region, the relevant repair costs must be borne by the customer. However, please understand that if the old product cannot be repaired due to lack of components.
- After the repair, if the same fault occurs again, we will provide free repair service within one month from the date of completion of the repair (excluding shipping costs).
- The basic inspection fee outside the warranty period is $100. The repair product will be inspected by our engineers before a quotation is given to the repairer.
- Repair method: Please indicate your name, contact number, fault condition and the product to be repaired, and pack it directly to the repair station. We will serve you as soon as possible after receiving the repair product.
- These out-of-warranty products have been out of production for a long time and cannot be repaired, so please do not send them to the repair station:
