Leading the industry, providing up to 3 years original warranty

From the date of purchase, our company will provide product warranty service according to the following conditions. Please refer to the following table for the warranty period and description of each series of products. Any product defects that occur during the warranty period can be repaired or replaced.

 

All Innergie series products come with a three-year warranty. You can enjoy the warranty service after completing the product registration application on the Innergie official website.

The warranty only covers product damage caused by normal use and does not include accidental damage, wear and tear, accidental loss or improper use not in accordance with the manual instructions.

 

To the extent permitted by law, Innergie will not provide replacement services for product defects caused by the above damages.

Our product warranty is applicable worldwide; however, due to different laws and regulations in different countries and regions, it may not be applicable. Please refer to the regulations of each country and region for actual circumstances.

Important Safety Information

These safety guidelines are provided to assist you in operating the Innergie power charger safely, ensuring your personal safety and reducing the risk of fire, electric shock or injury.

  • Be sure to follow instructions and warnings thoroughly.
  • Please read all instructions in this user manual carefully before operating the charger.
  • Do not open the unit; there are no serviceable parts inside.
    The charger can only be used with cables and connectors approved by Innergie. If the charger is used with cables and connectors not approved by Innergie, it may cause damage to the device and product, or accidents may occur.
  • Do not operate the power charger near heat sources, heat vents, or direct sunlight for long periods of time. The charger must be used in an indoor environment with a temperature between 0°C-35°C (32°F-95°F).
  • Do not cover the charger with paper or other materials that may block heat dissipation.
    To avoid personal injury and property damage, unplug the input power cord on the charger when not in use.
    Someone must be present during use.
  • During normal operation, the charger may become hot, so be careful when handling the charger during or shortly after operation.
    When operating the charger, please check regularly that the input and output cables are firmly connected. If the power cable is loose, it may heat up abnormally and damage the charger.
  • Do not use the charger in a wet environment, such as near a bathtub, sink, or swimming pool.
  • Before operating the charger, please confirm the power requirements of the device to be charged. Charging with the wrong voltage or wattage may damage the device.
